Izgrev Dental Clinik – The building is located on Pimen Zografski str. in the Dianabad neighborhood in Sofia. The western wall of the building is a parting wall with a building in the neighbouring property. The clinic has three floors and two under-roof levels. The floors contain working rooms, offices and a winter garden for staff recreation. The under-roof levels house the manager’s rooms as well as a large break room. The parking spaces are meant for two buildings. The total floor area is 650 m2 and has been in use since 2008, architect – Lyublena Punchev.
